CurerTechvs Qualifacts

On CCBHC, CurerTech and Qualifacts are evenly matched — PPS billing, quality measures, and the reporting certification demands. The difference is what happens outside the CCBHC model: where Qualifacts is the long-established community behavioral health EHR, CurerTech adds methadone dosing and dispensing-pump integration, runs billing and engagement on the same record, and goes live in a typical 7–9 days.

The short answer

What is the difference between CurerTech and Qualifacts?

In one sentence: the feature lists are close. What differs is what your nurse, your biller and your clinical director each have to open in order to do their job.

01 · Not the features

The difference is not what the software does

Qualifacts doses, bills CCBHC, and runs AI. So do we. A feature list will not separate these two platforms.

02 · The architecture

It is where the software lives

Dosing lives in MethodOne, the chart lives in Credible. The two must reconcile. Someone owns that sync — and someone opens both screens when the dose and the claim disagree.

03 · The consequence

What one record buys

The dose, the note and the claim are written once. A denial traces back to the dose without leaving the chart. Nothing to reconcile, because nothing was ever apart.

MethodOne: “bi-directional integration ensures medication activity flows directly into client records.” The MethodOne fact sheet describes “automated dispensing” and barcode scanning — no pump integration is named. Client Engagement Suite: it “connects directly into your EHR,” with “more integrations coming each year.”

The fit

Is CurerTech the right platform for your clinic?

If you recognize your clinic below, the switch is worth it.

You dose as well as counsel

  • You dose and you counsel, and you want both in one chart — not two products syncing.
  • You want outreach and reminders on the record, not connected to it.
  • You are a CCBHC that also doses — and the dose belongs on the same record as the claim.
  • You cannot wait months, and you want the price before the call.

One caveat, plainly: if your organization runs IDD, autism, child welfare, foster care or corrections programs, Qualifacts covers those and we do not, as of now. On everything else on this page, we back ourselves.

Comparison questions

CurerTech vs Qualifacts, answered

What is the difference between CurerTech and Qualifacts?

Qualifacts is a capable behavioral health platform: it doses through MethodOne, bills CCBHC, runs AI through Qualifacts iQ, and offers a portal and telehealth. The difference is architecture. Qualifacts is a family of products that integrate — MethodOne “integrates with Credible, CareLogic, and InSync,” and the Client Engagement Suite “connects directly into your EHR.” CurerTech keeps the dose, the chart, the claim and patient outreach on one record.

Does Qualifacts support methadone dosing?

Yes. Qualifacts offers MethodOne, a MAT/MOUD product covering medication ordering, dosing, dispensing, barcode verification, dose calculation, controlled-substance inventory, and DEA and SAMHSA reporting. MethodOne is a separate product that integrates with the Credible, CareLogic or InSync EHRs rather than running on one shared record.

Which is better for a CCBHC?

Both support the CCBHC model, and CCBHC is a genuine Qualifacts strength. The difference shows up if you also dose: with Qualifacts the dose sits in MethodOne, a separate product. With CurerTech the dose and the CCBHC claim are on the same record.

Is CurerTech an alternative to Qualifacts?

Yes, for clinics that dose. CurerTech matches Qualifacts on CCBHC, AI documentation and the patient portal, and differs on patient outreach living on the record rather than integrated into it, published pricing, and a published 7 to 9 day go-live.

How long does it take to switch from Qualifacts to CurerTech?

A typical CurerTech switch takes 7–9 days, with migration run by our team. Timing depends on data volume and program complexity.

How much does CurerTech cost compared to Qualifacts?

CurerTech publishes single-clinic plans from $799/month and quotes larger builds by system. Qualifacts is quote-only and does not publish pricing.
