Does CurerTech use AI for clinical documentation?
Yes. CurerTech records counseling sessions (with both counselor and patient consent) and uses AI to auto-generate structured DAP and SOAP notes, populate assessment forms, and summarize prior sessions. Audio is checkpointed locally every 10 seconds for crash recovery and is deleted once the note is signed and saved. AI features are permission-gated at both the clinic and user level.
Which clinical assessments and note templates are built in?
CurerTech ships with PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), ASAM 3rd/4th Edition criteria, biopsychosocial intake, individualized treatment plans, aftercare plans, behavioral contracts, 90-day treatment plan reviews, and SOAP/DAP/crisis/family/group/peer-support note templates. Clinics can also configure custom forms through the administration panel.
How does group counseling documentation work?
A single group session record holds multiple patients, a shared group summary note (topic, dynamics, interventions), and individualized per-patient progress notes — each patient generates a separate billing record with the 90853 group psychotherapy CPT code, while duration and participation are tracked automatically.
Does CurerTech auto-suggest billing codes?
Yes. CurerTech calculates session duration from counseling time intervals and auto-suggests the correct CPT code (90832 for 16–37 min, 90834 for 38–52 min, 90837 for 53+ min, 90853 for group, plus H0005 and H0015 for OTP-specific services) along with modifiers (GT telehealth, HQ group, HF substance-abuse program) and Place of Service codes. At least one ICD-10 diagnosis is required to close a session for medical necessity.
Does CurerTech include telehealth?
Yes. CurerTech includes integrated virtual sessions that patients can join from a mobile device, with automatic CPT modifier (GT) and Place of Service (02) application, session-note capture, and dosing/visit documentation synced to the patient record — no third-party platform required.
Are electronic signatures and digital consent forms supported?
Yes. CurerTech supports electronic signatures on progress notes, treatment plans, consent forms, and audio-recording consents for AI documentation. Signatures are cryptographically secured, timestamped to the second, and audit-logged — every view, edit, and signature is permanently recorded for compliance and legal defensibility.
